My Approach to Healing + Mentorship

In a world full of noise, trends, and surface-level spirituality, my work is not about borrowed words, beliefs, or hot-topic practices. I am not here to give you a quick fix or to tell you what you want to hear.

I am here to:

  • Hold a sacred, ethical container

  • Reflect your truth back to you with honesty and compassion

  • Call you out of denial and excuses, and call you up into radical self-accountability

  • Remind you that I am not your healer. You are your own healer. I simply hold the mirror and walk beside you as you remember who you already are.

I believe every joy, pain, and relationship we experience is a mirror of our own co-creation. I believe darkness is not something to run from, but something to honor for the lessons it brings. Without the shadow, we cannot fully know light.

Reiki & Sound Mentorship with Lovelution

This is for those who feel a genuine call to step into energy and sound healing as part of their path. It is not a quick certification course- it’s an ethical, embodied mentorship where you’ll learn:

  • The foundation of Reiki and energy healing as I practice it

  • The art and responsibility of holding sound as medicine

  • Nervous system and energetic practices for resilience and integrity

  • The radical accountability required to hold space for others safely

The Pathways

Single Mentorship Session- $222
A 90-minute session to begin exploring energy work and intuitive practices. A powerful first step into mentorship.

3-Month Mentorship Container- $400/Month
Two 90-Minute sessions per month, with reflection practices and messaging support between sessions. Builds confidence, learn foundational techniques, and root deeply in your own healing

6-Month Immersion Container- $375/Month
A deeper, extended mentorship that includes everything in the 3-month container, plus opportunities to co-facilitate, practice in real time, and receive a certificate of completion as a reflection of your journey and readiness.
